Shon was born and raised in Loveland, Colorado where he grew up working for his dad in the drywall business. He moved to Michigan where he met his wife and soon after started his drywall and painting business Griess Interiors. Griess Interiors has been in business for 25 years.

With this 25 years of experience Shon decided to start up Frontline Construction Services, a full-service construction company. Growing this company is a passion of Shon’s. In his spare time, he enjoys watching and coaching his sons in baseball and soccer.

Mitch is married to Shon’s oldest daughter and has been working for Shon since 2015. He began his work as a drywall hanger and finisher while he was in college gaining hands on experience as he went.

He graduated from GVSU in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in advertising and public relations. After college, Mitch learned the ropes of the office and began his sales and project management career at Frontline. He now facilitates upcoming projects as well as manages ongoing projects.

Quenton is Shon’s oldest son and has been working in the construction field for 7 years. He graduated college with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business in 2023. Quenton facilitates all of our residential construction projects and is also a licensed residential builder in the state of Michigan. Individual residential builder’s license number: 242400122.
