Shon is the founder and president of Frontline Construction Services. Born and raised in Loveland, Colorado, Shon gained early experience in the construction industry by working for his father's drywall business. After relocating to Michigan, he established Griess Interiors, an interior systems contractor that has been serving clients for over 30 years. Building on this extensive experience, Shon launched Frontline Construction Services with a focus on delivering high-quality residential and commercial construction projects. His leadership and commitment to excellence have been instrumental in the company's growth and reputation in the West Michigan area. Outside of his professional endeavors, Shon enjoys playing hockey and coaching baseball.

Mitch is a seasoned construction professional who has been an integral part of the Frontline Construction Services team since its opening in 2019. Beginning his career over 10 years ago as a drywall hanger and finisher while attending college, Mitch gained valuable hands-on experience in the field. He graduated from Grand Valley State University in 2019 with a bachelor's degree in advertising and public relations. Post-graduation, Mitch transitioned into a dual role as Project Manager and Sales Manager at Frontline. In this capacity, he oversees both upcoming and ongoing projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and company standards. His unique blend of field experience and professional knowledge enables him to manage projects effectively from inception to completion.

Quenton is a dedicated construction professional with over seven years of hands-on experience in the industry. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, equipping him with a strong foundation in project management and financial oversight. Currently serving as an estimator and project manager, Quenton plays a pivotal role in facilitating our commercial construction projects. His responsibilities encompass project estimation, scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. As a licensed residential builder in the state of Michigan (License No. 242400122), Quenton combines his technical expertise with business awareness to deliver projects that meet client expectations and industry standards. His commitment to excellence and continuous improvement makes him an invaluable asset to any construction endeavor.
